Experience in foundation repair or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Foundation Repair Technician

• Experience in residential construction, concrete, or structural repair is helpful.

Foundation Repair Crew Lead

• Relevant experience in foundation, concrete, framing, or structural construction.
• Ability to interpret construction plans within the role's qualifications.
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating work.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety.
